24/7 Counseling, Information, & Support
Mission: The ISAH provides free, confidential, trauma-informed services for people in Iowa affected by sexual violence.
Who Can Call: Individuals affected directly or indirectly by sexual violence: survivors, friends, family, concerned people and more.
Why Would You Call? Some survivors and their loved ones need information or have questions. Some examples include: reporting to law enforcement, no-contact order, medical care, how and where to seek support, how to support a partner, friend, family member, or coworker. Sometimes survivors and their loved ones just need support during a difficult time. If you're feeling overwhlemed, angry, sad, hurt, depressed, guilty, ashamed, hopeless and/or confused, ISAH can help.
What Would They Do? Believe you. Listen to you. Provide information about your options. Support you and your decisions - whatever they may be. They are available to listen and provide trauma-informed support 24/7.
