ILCC Courses

Concurrent Enrollment
     Introduction
Concurrent Enrollment courses allow SLHS students the opportunity to enroll in college credit classes
offered through Iowa Lakes Community College. Course offerings are intended to strengthen and
enhance the curriculum offerings at SLHS and not replace current curriculum offerings.
     Credit
Students receive both SLHS and ILCC credit upon the successful completion of concurrent
           enrollment courses.
     Eligibility
Students in grades 9-12, must have completed the ASSET, COMPASS, ACCUPLACER or ACT. See placement guidelines here
     Register
           1. Students interested in registering for concurrent enrollments courses should and discuss their
               options with me.
           2. Students must have completed the ASSET, COMPASS, or ACT. Scores on these tests will
dictate which concurrent enrollment courses students are eligible for.
           3. Students need to complete the registration form and turn-in to me by the deadline.
           4. Students must watch presentation.
           5. Students and their parents will also need to complete the Career Connect form and turn-in to me.
This form requires the signature of the student and student's parent/guardian signifying that
