Ready to File the FAFSA? Here is what you'll need!
Both Student + Parent(s):
  1. SSN, driver's license number and date of birth
  2. Most recent federal and state tax returns 
  3. W-2 forms and/or other records of income earned up to two years prior
  4. Current bank statements and investment records
  5. Records of untaxed income received in past year
  6. Past years' business and farm records
  7. Alien registration number, if not a US citizen
  8. A FSA ID. The FAFSA requires the student and ONE parent to each sign the FAFSA with a FSA ID.
